Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to signed contracts within a defined West region territory
Prospect, qualify, build business cases, and close deals with average deal sizes ranging from $10K to $100K ARR
Collaborate with marketing and internal teams while independently driving the sales process
Required Qualifications
2+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with proven quota attainment
Experience selling in the $10K-$100K ARR range and ability to handle price objections confidently
Outbound-first mindset with strong discovery instincts
Ability to quickly learn industry context, particularly in HR and payroll operations within the construction sector
Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer-sponsored work authorization
