Interim Legal and Ethics & Compliance Transformation Lead - Day RateWe're currently working with a leading FMCG business in their search for an Interim Legal and E&C Transformation Lead. The role will run for an initial 6 month period, with a view to extend and will be carried out on a hybrid working basis from the New York office.Our client are going through large scale Transformation across the business. They are looking for this person to drive the strategy and execution of their Legal, Risk, and Compliance function in the US. Sitting in the Transformation team and interfacing with senior peers on a global scale. This Transformation spans, People, Org Design, Process, and Technology.The ideal candidate will:Have a strong background in in-house legal functionsHave led large scale transformation initiativesHave transformed global legal functionsBe available at very short noticeHave exceptional stakeholder managementHave prior exposure dealing with the FDA / US Regulatory bodiesThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to join a leading organisation.The hourly rate range is $250 - $500.
