The Role We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD), licensed in Massachusetts, to join our growing assessment team. This is a full-time remote position. The ideal candidate will be passionate about psychological testing, comfortable working independently, and excited to contribute to a collaborative, mission-driven team. Responsibilities Design tailored test batteries and interpret results. Conduct psychoeducational, ADHD, therapy, and/or diagnostic assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. Provide feedback sessions with actionable, compassionate recommendations. Write clear, clinically rich reports integrating test data, history, and collateral information. Participate in consultation, collaboration, and ongoing professional development. Current Massachusetts psychologist license. Experience with assessment (testing, report writing, feedback to families/schools). Strong clinical writing skills and comfort with telehealth platforms. Minimum of 2 years of postdoctoral clinical experience preferred. Experience with psychoeducational, ADHD, or diagnostic clarification assessments strongly preferred. Why Join Mindful Paths Testing?
