Flight Research Airworthiness Lead

A company is looking for a Flight Research Airworthiness Strategy & Standards Lead. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of airworthiness and regulatory strategies for flight research programs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research objectives with regulatory frameworks Represent the company in industry standards bodies and regulatory agencies to influence future aviation standards Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation, or a related technical field 12+ years of relevant industry experience in airworthiness, certification strategy, or experimental flight research Experience contributing to or leading initiatives within aviation standards organizations Expertise in experimental airworthiness procedures and flight testing regulations Ability to build consensus across multidisciplinary teams and communicate with leadership and regulatory authorities
