Project Coordinator – Remote, Portland Oregon – 6 Month Contract – W2 ONLYWe are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. You will support offering specialists and managers in launching new products, enhancing current offerings, and managing end-of-life processes. The role involves attending meetings, tracking progress, managing documentation, and updating project metrics. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a variety of tasks, this could be the right fit for you.Responsibilities:Schedule and attend project meetings, take minutes, and track action itemsManage and update project documentation, including spreadsheets and presentationsTrack project metrics and maintain records in Excel, PowerPoint, and WordSupport overall offering management processes and ensure smooth executionRequirements:1-3 years of experience in project coordination or support in marketing, GTM, or operationsStrong communication, organizational, and multitasking skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Self-motivated and adaptable to changing prioritiesBachelor’s Degree preferred; experience in software or at Autodesk is a plusAbility to work remotely in the PST time zoneMainz Brady Group is a technology staffing firm with offices in California, Oregon and Washington.
