Client Experience Representative

STARK is seeking a Client Experience Representative in our Syosset Showroom. This is a greatopportunity for design industry enthusiasts to start up with one of the biggest names in the field, and the chance to potentially grow into a sales position.Job ResponsibilitiesAnswer the showroom’s main line, take and relay messages, and transfer callsGreet clients in the showroom and announce their arrival to appropriate partiesAnswer general inquiries from team members and the public as necessaryTrack client information in company systemTrain team members on front desk duties as neededEnsure Showroom is presentable. i.e. stock water bottles, refill candy jars, place order pads on tablesAssist Account Managers with BillingsAssist clients with sign-out/sign-in of inventoryAdministrative responsibilities like supply ordering, invoice filing, Outlook calendar, etc.Perform other tasks and duties as assignedJob RequirementsInterest in the design industry is preferredMust possess a pleasant demeanor, interpersonal skills and the ability to speak in a clear, articulate mannerFrequently communicates with coworkers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situationsMust be able to remain in a stationary position most of the working day. Moving through office occasionally to access file cabinetsConstantly operating a computer, and other office productivity machinery such as calculators, printers, and phonesMust be familiar with Microsoft Office and Outlook with data entry capabilities.Must be extremely detail-oriented and work well under pressure in fast-paced environments.Degree preferred.
