Journeyman Distillery is seeking a Tactical Sous Chef to lead the kitchen operations across the Journeyman properties in Three Oaks, MI. You will manage staff, oversee food production, menu development, inventory, ordering, and cost control while upholding Journeyman’s high standards of quality and joyful service.
The role requires culinary leadership, a culinary degree or equivalent, and current ServSafe certification.
