Your Mission:As a Partner Program Manager, you will play a key role in supporting DriveCentric’s strategic relationships within the automotive and technology ecosystem. You will manage day-to-day partner relationships, assist in executing partnership initiatives, and ensure that partner programs are implemented smoothly and deliver measurable value.This is an individual contributor role ideal for someone with strong business development, relationship management, and operational skills who is eager to expand their knowledge in the automotive technology ecosystem, and grow into more senior program management, partnership, or business development roles.Key Responsibilities:Partnership Support & ExecutionManage the full-cycle relationship with vendors and strategic partners, serving as a primary point of contact for day-to-day communication and coordinationSupport the execution of partnership initiatives, including co-marketing campaigns, certifications, and data-sharing programsPrepare and maintain partnership documentation, agreements, and reports to ensure compliance and alignment with company objectivesCollaborate with internal teams (Corporate Development, Product, Engineering) to ensure initiatives are understood and delivered on timeAccount ManagementMonitor partner performance and key metrics, ensuring deliverables and service-level expectations are metProvide regular updates to internal stakeholders on partnership activities, project status, and resultsIdentify opportunities to deepen existing relationships through new initiatives, integrations, or data-sharing opportunitiesMarket & Product AwarenessStay informed on automotive industry trends and competitive developmentsShare market insights and partner feedback with the Corporate Development, Product, and Engineering teams to help shape partnership strategy and future product enhancementsPartner API Program SupportManage the end-to-end partner onboarding process for the partner program, coordinating access provisioning, subscription setup, and billing across internal teamsMaintain and help improve partner-facing API documentation, onboarding guides, and support resources in collaboration with Product and EngineeringTrack and report on API partner adoption metrics, usage trends, and support volume to identify areas for program improvementGather and relay partner feature requests and integration feedback to Product to inform API roadmap prioritiesExperience:Minimum 5-years of experience in program management, partnerships, vendor relations, or partner operations - preferably in automotive technology, SaaS, or a related fieldStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and relationship-building abilities across internal teams and external partnersDetail-oriented with a proactive, collaborative mindset and a willingness to learnTechnical Awareness:Experience managing subscription, billing, or licensing operations for a technology product or partner programComfortable serving as a liaison between non-technical partners and engineering team, able to translate partner-reported issues into clear problem descriptions and relay technical updates back in business termsExperience with issue tracking, escalation workflows, and cross-functional coordination to resolve partner-facing problemsNice to Have:Experience with CRM platforms, automotive DMS systems, or dealer technology vendorsFamiliarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, or similar platforms used for partner management and issue trackingExposure to partner onboarding programs or developer relations in a SaaS environmentBenefitsPaid Time OffNine (9) Paid Holidays401(k) plus employer matchHealth InsuranceFlexible Spending AccountHealth Savings AccountDental InsuranceVision InsuranceShort/Long-Term Disability InsuranceEmployer-paid Life InsuranceAdditional Voluntary Life InsuranceAccident InsuranceCritical Care InsuranceHospital Indemnity InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramPerformance BonusEqual Opportunity Statement:DriveCentric is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
