Creative Project Manager

I'm working with a major American Airline, looking to hire a Creative Project Manager for their photography team! Location: Chicago, IL - 3x a week onsiteDuration: 6 month to start with high potential to extend/convertHourly rate: $48-55/hr About this role: Serve as the primary point of contact across internal creative teams, photographers, stylists, producers, and external production vendorsManage end-to-end photography project workflows, including intake, scoping, scheduling, resourcing, shoot planning, approvals, and final asset deliveryCoordinate all aspects of photo production, including pre-production planning (shot lists, talent, locations), on-set logistics, and post-production timelinesEnsure alignment on creative direction, brand standards, and deliverables across all photography initiativesMaintain clear and consistent communication with internal stakeholders and external partners, providing direction, feedback, and status updates Experience:5+ years of experience in project management within a creative production, photography, or in-house creative environmentHands-on experience managing photo shoots, production timelines, and creative asset deliveryStrong stakeholder and vendor management skills, including working with photographers, stylists, and production teamsProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsExperience coordinating on-location and studio shoots is nice to haveInterested?
