Sr. DevOps Engineer
Harrier Information Systems is looking for a "Sr. DevOps Engineer." Job Location: Remote (Prefer candidates from Texas, New Jersey, Illinois or Delaware) Experience: 5 to 7 Years Company Profile:Harrier is a fast-growing, digital transformation services Company focused on helping clients globally with solutions for the global financial services and healthcare industries. Key Responsibilities :Build and maintain scalable, resilient, and compliant container-based infrastructure.Automate cloud deployments, monitoring, and infrastructure management.Develop and maintain secure, reproducible CI/CD pipelines.Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.Ensure high availability, performance, security, and scalability of applications.Collaborate cross-functionally to solve technical and operational challenges.Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and system tools.Create automation scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.Evaluate performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.Enforce security best practices and maintain HIPAA-compliant systems.Make cost-effective infrastructure and resource utilization decisions.Promote continuous learning, innovation, and DevOps best practices. Key Skills : Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.5+ years of experience in DevOps.Experience deploying and monitoring web applications in AWS.Worked as an active team member for both product development and the operations teams to provide the best DevOps practices and supported their applications with feasible approaches.Security-first mindset, including demonstrated experience building secure development and test environments integrated to CI/CD pipelines and software release cycles.Experience building and maintaining a container-based infrastructure and KubernetesExperience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform experience a plus) and infrastructure testing strategies.Experience with infrastructure automation, systems reliability, load balancing, monitoring, and logging.Experience with fully automating CI/CD pipelines with associated tools such as CircleCI and GitHub Actions.Experience working in and architecting for regulated environments with data privacy regulations like GDPR, HIPAA preferred.Experience working and managing SQL and NoSQL databases like Redis, Redshift, AWS RDS, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, and SnowflakeStrong scripting skills, including shell scripts, Perl, Ruby, Python, Go, Groovy, Helm, etc. Salary Range: Negotiable If you are interested, please send your updated resume to mohan.bangde@harriersys.com or career@harriersys.com Mohan BangdeTA ManagerHarrier Information Systems Pvt.
