Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch services to our clients and we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Quality Control Assistant / Data Documentation Clerk.Position: Remote Quality Control Assistant / Data Documentation ClerkLocation: RemoteJob Openings: Remote Quality Control Assistant / Data Documentation ClerkResponsibilitiesReview and verify data and documents related to client contracts and agreementsIdentify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in data or documentationOrganize and maintain electronic and physical records of client informationCommunicate with team members to ensure all necessary information is accurately documentedAssist with quality control processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of data and documentationCollaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and systems for data management and documentationMaintain confidentiality of all client information and adhere to company policies and proceduresOther duties as assigned by managementQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred1-2 years of experience in data entry, quality control, or data documentationStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and experience with data management systemsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and in a team environmentKnowledge of sports industry and contracts is a plusWorking ConditionsThis is a full-time, remote position. The candidate must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
