Are you one of them?We’re looking for a Business Zone Director to drive sales growth, lead regional teams, and shape strategy across key North American territories. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who understands the beverage industry and is ready to take a full-picture approach to sales leadership—owning strategy, performance, and team success. You’ll lead and develop Territory Sales Managers, drive new machine (single & turnkey) sales, and partner cross-functionally with service, engineering, project management, and parts teams to deliver results. We are open to local or remote talent.Your Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of Territory Sales Managers (4 direct reports)Drive regional sales strategy, performance, and long-term growthOwn budgets, KPIs, and sales pipeline visibilityAligns sales activities with profitability targets and cost-efficiency goals.Support complex deals, negotiations, and customer relationshipsPromote the full KHS portfolio (machines, turnkey solutions, service, parts, conversions)Partner cross-functionally to execute the full sales and project lifecycleAnalyze performance and identify opportunities to improve results and efficiencyRepresent KHS at key industry events and with strategic customersYour Profile:Experience in the beverage or food industryBackground in sales leadership or sales management (leading small teams)Strong understanding of capital equipment sales + aftermarket (service/parts)Ability to think strategically, analyze performance, and drive solutionsFinancial and business acumen (budgets, margins, KPIs)Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsBachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field from a four-year accredited institution.Minimum of 10 years of experience in direct sales of packaging machinery, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience with CRM systems, database management, and project management software.Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and manufacturing software.TravelUp to 50% (domestic and occasional international)Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision insurance offered at 30 days of employmentGenerous Educational Reimbursement programCompany sponsored Life and Disability InsurancePaid Time OffTen (10) Paid Holidays per year401K with Company MatchIn order to ensure our success in the future, too, we need first-class employees – and we also have plenty to offer them.
