Portfolio Analyst
Job Title: Portfolio Analyst - Clinical Product SupportLocation: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid - Local candidates only)Job Type: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | No Weekends | No On-CallOverview:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Portfolio Analyst with a background in Supply Chain, Product Analysis, or similar domains to support clinical product management within a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable facilitating meetings with nursing leaders, analyzing data, managing communications, and coordinating product vetting processes.Key Responsibilities:Lead and facilitate virtual meetings with nursing leaders and clinical stakeholders regarding product alternatives and substitutions.Analyze reports from PeopleSoft to understand product usage, current substitutes, and availability.Support the vetting and communication of product backorders and changes by pulling order history, researching comparable items, and coordinating with clinicians.Draft and distribute memos and product updates to internal distribution lists.Collaborate with purchasing specialists and other internal teams to assess and communicate about clinical products.Assist in the analysis and introduction of new non-procedural products using tools like Lumere and Premier.Partner with nursing and clinical teams to ensure proper approval and communication of product changes.Ensure accurate documentation and support internal communication around product decisions and data insights.Occasionally meet with vendor representatives and clinical staff onsite as needed. Qualifications:Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Supply Chain Analyst, Product Analyst, or related role.Proficiency with PeopleSoft and Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data manipulation).Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and clearly present findings.Experience working with healthcare systems, medical device vendors, or clinical teams preferred.Knowledge of tools such as Lumere, ECRI, Premier, Cardinal, or other recall/distributor systems is a plus.Must be a local candidate and available to come onsite occasionally. Work Environment:Primarily remote with onsite presence as needed for team or clinical meetings.Standard weekday schedule; no weekends or on-call responsibilities.
