Issues checks for approved vouchers.Maintains up-to-date records of all school accounts.Reconciles monthly bank statements.Prepares all reports for audits. SecretarialResponsible for the typing of Administrator’s correspondence.Maintains office filing system.Responsible for all related correspondence and general paperwork that is associated with the Administrator’s committee work.Responsible for answering the telephone, assisting with telephone messages, interviews, and routine office procedures.Assists in maintaining the Administrator’s daily calendar.Responsible for updating SISWelcomes visitors and arranges for their comfort.Responsible for coordinating information for the opening of school: teacher handbook, student handbook, duty schedules, homeroom lists, opening of school agendas, etc. Student InsuranceMaintain file of copies of all accident reports.Responsible for issuing insurance forms to all students who have an accident report which requires medical attention. General ResponsibilitiesFollows proper safety procedures when operating equipment and complies with standard safety and OSHA regulations.Maintains a regular schedule to ensure that daily responsibilities are performed; has regular attendance and is punctual for assignments.Maintains the poise of a disciplined person.
