QualificationsAbility to learn and understand complex software systems and their interrelationships in a short period of time5+ years' experience with all types of software testing including functional, non-functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance5+ years' experience testing .NET and java applicationsClear and effective written and oral communication skillsIn-depth knowledge of test planning, test case creation and test case executionSolid experience with software technologies including: HTML, XML, java, and .NETMinimum 3 years automated testing using HP Unified Functional Testing is requiredMust be able to write HP UFT automated scripts using descriptive programmingMust have minimum of 3 years of VBScripting experienceAdvanced knowledge of an automated HybridAdvanced knowledge of the software automation process including the ability to create traditional testing artifacts including test plans and test scripts.Solid experience with MS SQL databasesAbility to work both in a project team environment and alone with minimal direction and supervisionKnowledge of Agile scrum development method and how Quality Assurance participates in this processExperience with hosting requirements and test scenario reviews with developers, other QAs, and project stakeholders including project managers and product ownersAbility to determine and manage impact to test scenarios and cases when requirements changeMust be very detail oriented and able to find the root cause of defectsResponsibilitiesReview requirements with developers and other QAs for consistency and accuracyCreate, maintain, and execute test plan, test scenarios and cases against complex software where primary inputs are requirement documents and software logic extractsEnter test scenarios, cases, and expected results in the test management toolDeliver test scenarios and cases on time according to the project timelineCreate and execute test sets in the test management tool; analyze and communicate test results from toolIdentify test cases that are potential candidates for automation in HP UFTWrite and execute HP UFT automated scripts using descriptive programming.Develop and implement automation frameworks, test suites and tools.Design scalable automated tests across many user interfaces, features and devicesCollaborate with your test and developer peers to improve automated testingBuild automated alerting and visual tools to ensure the health of our applicationsExecute complex SQL to ensure data is persisted correctly in databasesCreate and track defects in JIRAParticipate in daily scrumsDetermine test data needed for execution and identify data gaps in test environmentAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.J-18808-Ljbffr
