Warehouse Associate

Warehouse AssociateAre you organized, dependable, and comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We're looking for a proactive Warehouse Associate to support our Low Voltage Technology Integration operations. In this role, you'll manage job-specific materials, coordinate closely with Purchasing and Project Managers, and ensure every part moves accurately from receipt to delivery. You'll also handle local deliveries, operate warehouse equipment, and help keep operations running safely and efficiently. Support Projects Seamlessly.Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase ordersRecord and track serial numbers for applicable equipmentIdentify and resolve discrepancies in coordination with PurchasingPrepare and package outbound shipments accurately and efficientlyOrganize and label materials by project to ensure accurate allocationTrack and release materials to Project Managers and techniciansCoordinate with Purchasing on shortages or urgent needsEnsure timely staging and delivery of materials to job sitesTrack and process RMAs for defective or unused materialsLog returned job site materials and manage redistribution or vendor returnsCoordinate credits and reconciliation with PurchasingDrive a small box truck to deliver and pick up materials locallyLoad and unload materials using pallet jacksCommunicate delivery updates to project teamsAssist with manual labor and materials stagingSupport technicians and project teams with material movementMaintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant warehouseMaintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and returnsProvide regular updates to Purchasing and Project ManagementEnsure warehouse operations align with project schedules and requirementsWhat You BringHigh School Diploma or GED required2+ years of distribution, logistics, or warehouse experience preferredExperience with shipping, receiving, inventory, and delivery drivingValid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL Class A or B a plus)Must be 21+ years of age (insurance requirement)Skills & AbilitiesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to safely operate delivery vehicles and warehouse equipmentComfortable using smartphones and GPS navigationStrong communication skills in EnglishTeam-oriented mindset with a strong work ethicAbility to adapt priorities based on business needsWork Environment & Physical RequirementsAbility to lift and move up to 75 lbsFrequent standing, bending, lifting, and twistingAbility to sit in a truck for extended periodsClimb in and out of truck cabins and move skids with pallet jacksTravel required for local deliveriesSchedule flexibility for 5:00 AM 5:00 PM shifts, MondayFriday (overtime as needed)Exposure to indoor and outdoor working conditionsWhy Join Us?Be part of a growing technology integration teamPlay a key role in supporting successful project executionWork in a collaborative, team-focused environmentGain hands-on experience across logistics, operations, and project coordinationStable, full-time opportunity with room to growReady to Take Ownership of the Warehouse and Keep Projects Moving?If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a high-performing operations team, we'd love to hear from you.
