Job Title: Order Processing SpecialistPay Rate: $22/HrDuration: 12 monthsLocation: Cary, NC (Hybrid - Tuesday to Thursday in office; Monday and Friday work from home)Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PMThis position is for the Healthcare Diagnostics division.We are looking for an Order Processing Specialist supporting customer accounts through the complete order-to-delivery lifecycle while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in order management, customer service, and cross-functional coordination within a fast-paced environment.This position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and processes.Manage customer orders from entry through delivery and fulfillmentEnsure accurate and timely order entry into SAP and internal systemsMonitor order status using dashboards and reporting toolsServe as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolutionCoordinate with sales, logistics, production, and finance teams to support fulfillment activitiesCommunicate proactively with customers regarding order updates, delays, or issuesMaintain accurate customer records, order documentation, and transaction historyAnalyze reporting data to identify trends, process gaps, and improvement opportunitiesParticipate in process improvement and cross-functional operational projectsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field OR equivalent work experience2–5 years of experience in customer service, order management, account management, or supply chain operationsExperience using SAP or similar ERP systemsStrong Microsoft Office skills, especially ExcelExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentNice to Have Skills & ExperienceExperience in healthcare, diagnostics, or medical device industriesExperience with process improvement initiativesFamiliarity with order-to-cash processesExperience creating or analyzing dashboards and operational reportsAbility to present processes and tools to customers or healthcare professionals
