The ideal candidate has evening availability Weds-Sun.RequiredCore Skills and QualificationsOne or more years of bartending experienceAvailable to work nights and weekendsMust maintain a valid bartender’s license for duration of employmentAbility to develop and maintain positive working relationships with both colleagues and guests through excellent communication, customer service skills, and teamworkAbility to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environmentJob Duties, Including But Not Limited ToStocking the bar before and after each shift with all required ingredients and supplies, including following recipes for batches, syrups, cutting garnishes, juices, etcPrepping recipes for batching during non-peak hoursConsistently preparing all menu items according to their instructions; including craft cocktails, classic cocktails, beer, wine, and N/A optionsPutting orders away as they are deliveredPreparing light snacks from the bar menuGreeting all customers and providing excellent customer service to all guestsMaintaining a clean and tidy spaceCompleting assigned opening/closing duties and side-work throughout shiftRinging in all orders through the POS system, processing payment, and cash handlingAbility to work as a team in different roles throughout the night, depending on business needs, which may include cocktail serving, bar-backing, or bartendingGeneral NotesThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive; additional details will be specified by the supervisor.
