You will be responsible for managing a diverse patient panel, addressing both complex chronic and low acuity cases. Responsibilities and Duties Conduct 20-minute clinic appointments, managing a mix of complex chronic and low acuity cases. Provide care for a range of primary care conditions, including cold, cough, flu, hypertension, diabetes, and COPD. Additional Information Board Certification in Family Medicine is required. The facility utilizes Athenahealth EMR.
