The ideal candidate is highly organized, calm under pressure, systems-oriented, and capable of leading both people and operations at a high level.Responsibilities:• Oversee all day-to-day gym operations• Lead and manage department staff and team leads• Build and manage employee schedules• Oversee payroll and staffing accountability• Enforce company SOPs and operational standards• Ensure exceptional facility cleanliness and presentation• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor communication• Monitor member experience and resolve escalated concerns• Oversee operational reporting and KPI tracking• Improve systems, workflows, and operational efficiency• Assist ownership in scaling the business operationallyQualifications:• Leadership or management experience required• Experience in operations, hospitality, retail, fitness, or multi-department management preferred• Strong communication and organizational skills• Ability to lead teams and enforce accountability• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities• Experience with scheduling and team management systems preferredIdeal Candidate Traits:• Highly accountable• Organized and proactive• Strong leadership presence• Operationally minded• Calm under pressure• Professional communicator• Team builder• Growth-orientedThis position is ideal for someone looking to grow with a rapidly expanding company that values leadership, culture, operational excellence, and long-term vision.Compensation:Competitive salary based on experience, leadership background, and operational capability.To Apply:Please submit your resume along with a brief introduction explaining your leadership background and why you believe you would be a strong fit for this role.QualificationsLeadership and team management skills, including staff scheduling and team motivationExperience in customer service and resolving member concerns effectivelyProficiency in marketing strategies, sales, and membership growth initiativesOperational skills, including facility maintenance oversight and vendor managementStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPrevious experience in fitness or health club management is highly desirableProficiency in using gym management software and basic office applicationsBachelor's degree in Business Management, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred
