Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA’s) located in Largo, FL. The role involves providing quality nursing care and assistance with daily living activities to residents in accordance with individualized care plans. Responsibilities include monitoring residents’ health, administering medications, performing clinical procedures, documenting care accurately, and ensuring a safe, clean, and supportive environment. Collaboration with team members and communication with families and healthcare professionals will be key to ensuring the best possible care. Qualifications Clinical skills in patient care, monitoring, and administering medicationsAbility to assist residents with daily living activities, such as hygiene, mobility, and nutritionStrong documentation and reporting skills for accurate and timely record-keepingExcellent communication and teamwork abilities for collaboration with colleagues and familiesState license as a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), as applicable to the roleCompassion and a commitment to providing quality carePrevious experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting is preferred but not requiredAvailability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
