Job DescriptionAdams & Martin Group is partnering with a respected boutique litigation firm in Irvine to find an experienced Litigation Secretary to support a busy and sophisticated litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and values high-quality work within a collaborative firm culture.ResponsibilitiesDraft, revise, format, and proofread litigation documents including pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondenceFile documents electronically in California state and federal courts, ensuring compliance with all court rules and deadlinesMaintain and manage attorney calendars, including hearings, deadlines, and court appearancesTrack litigation deadlines and assist with discovery coordination and service of processOrganize and maintain electronic and physical case filesCommunicate professionally with clients, court personnel, and opposing counselAssist with trial preparation, exhibits, and binders as neededProvide general administrative support to attorneys and the litigation teamQualifications3+ years of experience as a litigation secretary or legal assistant in a law firmStrong working knowledge of California civil litigation and court proceduresExperience with state and federal e-filing systems (including CM/ECF)Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and ExcelExceptional attention to detail, organization, and time-management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlinesProfessional communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetPreferred ExperiencePrior experience in a boutique or mid-sized litigation firmFamiliarity with Orange County courtsTrial or arbitration support experienceAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
