Nucentric is seeking a highly motivated individual with a desire to succeed in sales and lead generation in the IT services industry. Responsibilities Setting qualified appointments for Nucentric's Outside Sales team with prospective Managed IT Services customers. B2B calls targeting small & medium business owners & C-level executives Qualifying prospects and documenting information gathered in CRM database. Creating & managing email & social media campaigns to increase leads generation. The ideal candidate will have strong self-motivation and excellent communication skills. The primary target market will be small & medium sized organizations in the Charlotte metro area looking for a reliable IT support provider. The Inside Sales Representative will receive training on Nucentric's Managed IT support offering as well as our proven sales methodology. Job Requirements Comfortable with learning CRM software and managing leads list imports Comfortable with heavy volume of outbound calling and speaking to C-level executives Ability to qualify appropriate decision makers within a small organization Reliable home internet to support VoIP-based phone calling Work Schedule Part-time, hybrid home & Davidson office work location.
