Clinicians often balance flexibility and efficiency in this environment.Responsibilities The psychotherapist will participate in the integrated care team model at OMH. Outpatient behavioral health practices emphasize team-based approaches. The interdisciplinary team includes physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed clinical psychologists, and licensed mental health professionals (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LMHC). OMH values clinical relationships across provider levels and supports a coordinated, collaborative approach to patient care.Customize the care for each patientClinicians have the autonomy to determine how often to see a patient and the length of sessions. Individual psychotherapy is common, with potential for family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed for a wide range of presenting problems.Pick your own scheduleEnjoy the freedom to create custom schedules for work/life balance.Typically, clinicians work Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.Focus on patient care with back-office support handling billing, credentialing, and administrative tasks.
