OMH is a clinician-led behavioral health company expanding to remote work for patients in multiple states.OMH provides outpatient behavioral health services to adult and adolescent patients and focuses on holistic, cost-effective mental health care while supporting clinical staff. Clinicians often balance flexibility and efficiency in this environment.Responsibilities The psychotherapist will participate in the integrated care team model at OMH. Outpatient behavioral health practices emphasize team-based approaches. The interdisciplinary team includes physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed clinical psychologists, and licensed mental health professionals (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LMHC). OMH values clinical relationships across provider levels and supports a coordinated, collaborative approach to patient care.Customize the care for each patientClinicians have the autonomy to determine how often to see a patient and the length of sessions. Individual psychotherapy is common, with potential for family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed for a wide range of presenting problems.Pick your own scheduleEnjoy the freedom to create custom schedules for work/life balance.Typically, clinicians work Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.Focus on patient care with back-office support handling billing, credentialing, and administrative tasks. Clinicians are responsible for clinical care and documentation; the backing team supports billing, collections, and related processes.Work expectationsNo on-call requirements beyond patient care; dedicated time with patients is prioritized.Qualifications & Education Education & LicensureCompletion of an accredited program with licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in the state of Texas, with the ability to practice independently.Licensure in Massachusetts and/or Colorado is preferred.The job description notes are illustrative and may evolve.
