Finance Supervisor, Program Development
Overview
In this role you will provide financial planning, analysis, and control for PD programs, partnering with engineering, program management, supply chain, and tech planning to drive performance and informed decisions. You will translate complex data into actionable insights and support strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment. You help shape program economics, capital allocation, and reporting, contributing to Ford’s leadership in the automotive sector. This is a cross-functional, impact-driven role with a clear link to enterprise value.

ResponsibilitiesDrive contribution cost and investment targets for program milestones with timely financial reportingSupport cross-functional decision making through benchmarking and future-cost analysisLead capital allocation prioritization and build clear business cases to create enterprise valueSupport sourcing timing, make-vs-buy analyses, and capacity analysisPrepare management slides and ad-hoc financial reporting/analysisContribute to platform Bill of Materials developmentLeverage Power BI and data analytics to report program financials and identify efficiencies
Key requirementsBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field5+ years in finance or accounting with operational partnering, budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, or financial systemsStrong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in financial modeling and Excel; familiarity with Power BI or similar toolsGood understanding of accounting principles and automotive industry contextAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and build cross-functional relationshipsCross-functional collaborationLeadership and management experienceStrong communication and influencing abilitiesMicrosoft ExcelPower BI or similar data visualization toolsFinancial modeling
