Title: RN - Wound and OstomyLocation: Brooklyn, NYEmployment Type: Contract - 3x12 ScheduleCompensationPay Range: $53.93-$77.00 Per HRDescription The position involves providing direct and indirect patient care in an inpatient setting. The role requires expertise in wound and ostomy nursing, with a focus on collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. The job is onsite, with a contract employment type. Requirements Provide wound and ostomy nursing care. Systematically assess patient needs through interviews and examinations. Administer and evaluate nursing care independently. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team. Demonstrate sensitivity to cultural and spiritual values. Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written. Involves standing, walking, sitting, talking, hearing, and bending. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree in nursing preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred. NYS RN license; BCLS required in specialty areas. Wound and Ostomy Certification preferred.
