Litigation Paralegal

The Gulfport office of Galloway, Johnson, Tompkins, Burr & Smith is growing and seeks a full time Litigation Paralegal!Individual must be detail oriented and able to work on a team.Duties will include, but are not limited to:Reviewing and summarizing medical records, deposition testimony and plaintiff's discovery responses.Requesting records by obtaining authorizations or issuing Subpoenas.Scheduling depositions.Preparing records for document production.Retaining experts; and preparing deposition, mediation and trial binders.Paralegal degree, certificate or 3+ years of paralegal experience in a civil defense law firm preferred.
