Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and guests.Here’s How You’ll Have An ImpactPerform the set-up, tear-down, operation, and maintenance of all CSOPTC sports venues, technology systems, equipment, storage areas, and meeting rooms in accordance with USOPC and CSOPTC policies. Conduct periodic inspections of the venues and associated equipment and report any concerns to the Venues Management team. Ensure that all venues look presentable and professional at all times for users and guests. Assist in the supervision of all elite training sessions, elite international competitions, and national championship competitions, with occasional supervision of community programs to include:Assist athletes and coaches in an elite training environment.Provide necessary support and equipment to coaches and NGB staff.Enforce safety policies and procedures by all athletes and patrons. Exhibit friendly customer service to all users. Enforce all Venues and Velodrome Operations policies, rules, and operating procedures.Exhibit friendly customer service to all users. Enforce all Venues Operations policies, rules, and operating procedures.Plan and assist the Venues team with department responsibilities as needed, communicating clearly and thoroughly via daily shift reports, phone calls, and meetings. Provide a high level of safety awareness around the facilities, addressing concerns with the Venues Supervisor, especially during special events when attendance around the facilities is high. Utilize Red Cross certification in CPR and First Aid for emergency situations at any CSOPTC venue.
