Seeking a Corporate Governance Paralegal in Raleigh, NC to support a collaborative business law team.Responsibilities include assisting with corporate and LLC formations, preparing organizational documents, managing foreign entity registrations, conducting research, and drafting legal correspondence and documents.Qualifications include strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and relevant paralegal experience or education.
