It's more than a career, it's a calling MO-SSM Health St. Clare Hospital - FentonPRNSonography· Schedule: PRN as needed 7a-4p Call: 1 weekend/mth and 1 day/wk 5p-9p· Pay Range starts at: $35/hour Daily pay available!· Shift Differentials: Available for night, weekend, and additional shifts· Location: MO-SSM Health St. Clare Hospital - FentonCompletion of Sonography program and ARDMS or CCI registry in Abdomen, OB/GYN, or Vascular within 12 months of hire.Performs diagnostic procedures on patients using ultrasound waves to examine tissue and body structure, providing quality images for interpretation. The only registration requirement for this position is as a registered sonographer appropriate for the department in which the sonographer works.Sets up and adjusts all equipment and manually maneuvers transducers to perform exams.Implements safety standards and performs appropriate quality control procedures.Recognizes significant structures, artifacts, pathology and equipment limitations.Ensures equipment is properly functioning. Reports potential problems or equipment malfunction to appropriate personnel.
