They specialize in integrating cutting‐edge automation tools and large language models (LLMs) to streamline client operations across multiple industries.Job SummaryWe're hiring a Remote Operations / Technical Project Manager (AI Systems) to oversee client operations, manage AI‐driven workflows, and ensure seamless deployment of automation systems. This role blends project management, client success, and light technical execution, making it ideal for candidates with experience in AI tools, automation platforms, or software systems.You'll act as the bridge between clients and the technical team—ensuring AI systems are properly implemented, optimized, and continuously improved.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and manage AI‐powered workflows and automations using tools like Go High Level, n8n, Zapier, or similar platformsMake iterative improvements to existing automation systems and processesDesign and refine prompts using LLM tools such as OpenAI (ChatGPT) and ClaudeLead client onboarding, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable workflowsManage client communication, feedback loops, and ongoing supportTroubleshoot issues, prioritize fixes, and ensure timely resolutionCollaborate closely with AI Engineers to implement more advanced solutionsTrack project timelines, deliverables, and performance metricsQualificationsProven experience in operations, project management, or AI/automation systemsHands‐on experience with tools like Go High Level, n8n, Zapier, or equivalent automation platformsFamiliarity with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude) and prompt engineering basicsStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal)Experience in client‐facing roles with the ability to manage expectations effectivelyAbility to work remotely with time zone overlap as requiredBonus: Background in SaaS, AI startups, or technical operationsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive monthly compensation: $1500 – $2400 USD/month (based on experience and qualifications)Fully remote role aligned to U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hoursLead key technology initiatives with a cloud‐first IT consulting firmLong‐term engagement with ongoing projects and room for growthWork alongside experienced teams in cybersecurity, cloud, and managed IT#J-18808-Ljbffr
