Mobile Service Advisor / Scheduling AssistantThe Junge Organization is looking for a like-minded individual for a Mobile Service Advisor / Scheduling Assistant position. We are excited to announce the launch of our Full-Time Mobile Service edition!The responsibilities of a Mobile Service Advisor / Scheduling Assistant include reaching out to customers to set up appointments, greeting customers who call in, listening to their needs, and scheduling appointments as needed. This position will work with one Mobile Service Technician and help maintain the schedule efficiently.Service Advisor Compensation and Benefits:Competitive PayFlexible Working HoursHealth InsurancePTO & Sick Leave401(K)Service Advisor Responsibilities:Greet customers promptlyObtain customer and vehicle informationSchedule basic safety recalls and basic component installs (engine and cabin filters, wiper blades, etc. WE DO NOT DO OIL CHANGES VIA MOBILE)Recommend Maintenance based upon mileage intervalsUtilize a call list of our customer base to reach out and schedule open recalls via Mobile ServiceCommunicate effectively with Mobile Service Technician to ensure routes and daily deadlines are being metCoordinate pick up/returns on vehicles that are scheduled for service in the shopAnswer PhonesService Advisor Requirements:Previous experience at a dealership is a plus but not requiredProblem Solving SkillsCustomer Service Representation SkillsPast experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager or service consultant is a plus but not requiredVery energetic personalityA desire for a long-term career with a growing organizationPersonal and professional integrityBasic Computer skills and willingness to learn new programsAbility to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specificationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPositive, friendly attitudeHigh school diploma/GED or equivalentDrivers LicenseWe are an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
