Apply via Dice today!Mid-Level Mobile Application Developer (iOS / Android)Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Mid-Level Mobile Application Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in iOS and/or Android application development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining mobile applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.The ideal candidate should have strong mobile development fundamentals, experience integrating backend APIs, and a good understanding of application performance, usability, and scalability.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platformsCollaborate with product owners, designers, backend developers, and QA teamsIntegrate RESTful APIs and third-party servicesTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issuesParticipate in code reviews and follow development best practicesEnsure application performance, quality, and responsivenessSupport application deployment and maintenance activitiesWork in an Agile/Scrum development environmentRequired QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in mobile application developmentExperience with:iOS development using Swift and/or Objective-CAndroid development using mainly Kotlin and know JavaExperience consuming REST APIs and working with JSONFamiliarity with Git/version control systemsUnderstanding of mobile UI/UX principles and application lifecycleExperience with debugging and performance optimizationStrong problem-solving and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applicationsKnowledge of cloud services such as AWSExperience with Firebase, push notifications, analytics, or mobile securityAutomotive or connected vehicle application experience is a plus
