Subcontract Program Management Sr Staff

Overview In this role, you lead the Subcontract Management Team to ensure cost, schedule, and technical objectives are met across suppliers. You drive end-to-end subcontracting from RFPs to delivery, aligning with program goals and performance metrics. You balance risk between LM and suppliers while pushing for efficient, compliant execution. You will mentor peers and communicate effectively from shop floor to senior leadership, shaping program success in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.
