We are seeking a professional and polished Front Desk Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees in a fast-paced financial services environment. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support day-to-day office and administrative operations.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional mannerManage conference room reservations and meeting logisticsCoordinate with internal teams (administration, facilities, IT, security) as neededSupport administrative staff with general office tasks and coverageAssist with travel and expense processing, data entry, and document managementReceive mail and packages and assist with office supply coordinationQualifications:5+ years of administrative or front desk experience (financial services preferred)Strong communication and multitasking skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookExperience with travel and expense systems (SAP Concur)Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environmentEducation: High School Diploma requiredThis is a contract role with full-time hours and 100% on-site with the potential for extension or conversion.
