These full-time, on-site positions are based on project sites located nationwide, but mostly in the Southeast and East Coast. Responsibilities include safely and efficiently supervising daily drilling operations, overseeing crew activities, managing equipment and materials, and maintaining an industry leading, premier safety culture and quality control standards. The role demands close coordination with operations managers and project managers to deliver successful foundation projects safely, on schedule and within budget.QualificationsStrong experience in Drilled Displacement Piles, CFA Piles or Augercast Piles is requiredHands-on experience in processes with strong safety protocols related to drilling operationsExceptional leadership, problem-solving, and team management skillsAbility to prioritize safety protocols and proper care of equipmentExperience in foundation construction is a requiredWilling to travel full timeApply online at https://morrisshea.com/application/
