Position OverviewDirector of Business Development, Hospital System Sales (CardioNavix)This is a remote role based in the Mid-Atlantic region, focused on building and growing relationships with hospital systems across the IDN and GPO landscape. In this position, you will be responsible for securing new hospital partnerships, expanding existing accounts, and driving adoption of CardioNavix technology within hospital-based cardiac programs nationwide.Success in this role requires strong relationship building, strategic thinking, and the ability to engage senior hospital stakeholders while delivering measurable value.???? What You’ll DoDrive hospital system growthLike the look of this opportunity Make sure to apply fast, as a high volume of applications is expected Scroll down to read the complete job description.Build and maintain relationships with hospital systems, IDNs, and GPOs to expand CDL’s presence across key marketsAcquire and expand accountsIdentify new opportunities, negotiate agreements, and increase utilization within existing hospital partnersManage contracts and accountsOversee agreements from negotiation through implementation and ongoing account managementEnhance the customer experienceStrengthen long-term partnerships by delivering a high level of service and responsivenessCollaborate cross-functionallyPartner with Sales, Marketing, and internal teams to support growth initiatives and product expansionLeverage market insightDevelop a strong understanding of CDL’s business model, performance drivers, and hospital market trends What We’re Looking ForEducationBachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferredHealthcare sales experience3 to 5 years of experience selling into hospital systems, with exposure to IDNs and GPOsAccount management expertiseProven ability to manage complex relationships and deliver client-focused solutionsTechnical proficiencyExperience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho, along with strong Microsoft Office skillsTravel readinessAbility to travel up to 75 percentWork styleSelf-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment????
