Procurement Manager Remote with 20-30% travel | $125,000–$135,000 + Benefits Build the Supply Chain Behind America's EV Charging & Energy Infrastructure Vikta Energy is an Authorized Tesla Energy Partner specializing in Tesla Superchargers, DC Fast Charging, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and commercial & residential solar EPC projects nationwide. We're scaling rapidly with a multi-state Supercharger deployment program, utility-scale battery storage, and commercial solar projects and we're looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to ensure our projects stay ahead of schedule. If you've managed procurement for electrical construction, EPC, renewable energy, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to talk. What You'll Do: You'll own procurement from RFQ through final delivery, ensuring critical equipment arrives on time so our field teams can keep building. Responsibilities include: Lead end-to-end procurement for Tesla Supercharger, EV charging, BESS, commercial solar, and residential solar projects Source and purchase long-lead electrical equipment including: Transformers Switchgear EV Chargers Inverters Battery Energy Storage equipment Commercial and residential solar materials Negotiate pricing, contracts, lead times, and supplier agreements Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, and electrical distributors Coordinate closely with Engineering, Construction, and Project Management to align procurement with project schedules Track budgets, purchase orders, deliveries, and procurement risks Develop contingency sourcing strategies for critical materials Improve procurement processes as Vikta continues to scale nationally What We're Looking For: Required 5+ years of procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or materials management experience Experience supporting construction, EPC, renewable energy, electrical, utility, or industrial projects Strong experience procuring electrical equipment such as transformers, switchgear, or power distribution equipment Proven vendor negotiation and supplier management experience Ability to manage multiple projects and purchase orders simultaneously Strong Excel and procurement software experience Preferred Experience with EV charging infrastructure Tesla Energy or Tesla Supercharger experience Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) Commercial solar or utility-scale solar Procore or ERP procurement software experience Why Join Vikta?
