You’ll play a critical role in keeping business operations running smoothly while supporting key initiatives, communications, events, and executive priorities. Special Projects & Leadership SupportEnable the Business Head and leadership office to operate efficiently through strong communication, operational coordination, and strategic alignmentDraft and manage executive communications with a strong understanding of tone, messaging, and audienceLead planning and execution of key organizational events, including Town Halls, social events, and annual celebrationsPartner with philanthropy and culture teams to coordinate charitable and community engagement initiativesDrive employee engagement through internal newsletters, collaboration events, and culture-building programsChampion an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace cultureKey ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted partner and strategic gatekeeper to senior leadershipManage complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling priorities with a high level of discretion and judgmentLead and execute special projects with minimal oversightPrepare executive presentations, reports, and project updates for leadership meetingsCoordinate and disseminate project documentation and communications across teamsOrganize onsite and offsite meetings, team events, and leadership engagementsDraft executive communications and maintain organized documentationSupport culture-building initiatives, employee events, and internal communicationsQualifications5+ years of executive assistant and/or project management experienceExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPointBachelor's degree required
