What You'll DoFollow recipes and directions to create delicious doughnuts Accurately weigh ingredients and measure liquids (precision matters!)Prepare, cut, and fry doughnuts Safely operate fryers, ovens, and bakery equipmentPrepare dough, glaze, icing, fillings, and other tasty componentsStore dough and doughnuts properly to maintain freshness and qualityFollow portion controls and par levels to support production flowUnderstand and follow food allergy procedures and special-order restrictionsTrack and record proper times and temperatures for products preparedMaintain awareness of inventory and communicate supply needsFollow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness proceduresJump in on additional tasks as needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly What You Bring1+ year of pastry or baking experience preferredMust have a Food Handler's CardMust be legally authorized to work per State and Federal guidelinesStrong attention to detail + pride in doing things the right wayA positive attitude and ability to stay focused during high-volume production Physical Requirements / Working ConditionsStanding and walking for the duration of each shiftBending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbsAbility to multitask and stay positive in a busy kitchen environmentTypical shifts are 8 hours, including weekends and holidaysMost of our shops are open 24/7 - we keep the doughnuts coming!Kitchen environment includes heat, occasional wet floors, and sharp equipmentMust comply with uniform and hygiene standards Expect a fun, fast-paced, high-energy environment (with lots of sprinkles)
