This role sits at the intersection of data, process, and performance — driving the analytical backbone that enables speed, consistency, and value across all procurement functions including Direct, Indirect, Logistics, Supply Chain Strategy, Business Units, and Regions.ResponsibilitiesData Analytics & TechnologyMaintain data integrity and alignment across procurement systems and applicationsSupport part-level analysis, supplier performance analysis, and scorecard developmentPerform global contract analysis and ensure data accuracy and accountability across platformsContribute to the development and maintenance of a procurement data layer / lakehouse environmentBuild and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that translate data into actionable insightsBusiness Spend & Performance ManagementSupport spend taxonomy development, categorization, and ongoing maintenanceAssist in the development and tracking of procurement KPIs, savings pipelines, and value creation metricsContribute to scorecard development and performance reporting for category teams and stakeholdersHelp ensure spend visibility across the organization and alignment to value creation goalsTransformation SupportContribute to Phase 1 foundation-building activities including data cleanup, standardization, and governanceSupport the buildout of the Procurement Excellence backbone and intake/governance frameworksAssist in evaluating and implementing AI copilot tools (RFx, SOW, contract review) as the organization scalesDocument processes and support training efforts to enable team capability developmentQualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related analytical roleProficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)Experience with ERP or data and procurement platforms (SAP, Jaeggar, Snowflake, or similar)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, transformational environmentPreferredExperience with supplier performance management or contract analyticsFamiliarity with spend analysis tools or procurement data governance practicesExposure to AI-driven procurement tools or automation workflowsStrong communication skills with ability to present data insights to non-technical stakeholdersIngersoll Rand Inc.
