Job Title: Data Reporting and Analytics Consultant III (Programming)Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Data Reporting and Analytics Consultant III to design, develop, and deliver data-driven reporting and analytics solutions. This role focuses on advanced programming, data transformation, and building scalable reporting systems to support business decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain automated reports, dashboards, and data pipelinesWrite efficient and scalable code for data extraction, transformation, and reportingCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutionsAnalyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and anomaliesEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systemsOptimize performance of queries, scripts, and reporting toolsSupport and enhance existing reporting frameworks and analytics solutionsMentor junior team members and provide technical guidanceDocument processes, code, and data definitionsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field6–10+ years of experience in data reporting, analytics, or programming rolesStrong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, R, or similar)Experience with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousingExperience working with large and complex datasetsPreferred QualificationsExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop)Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modelingExperience in a specific domain (e.g., healthcare, finance, insurance)Exposure to Agile methodologiesKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and data accuracyEffective communication and stakeholder managementAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutionsTime management and ability to handle multiple prioritiesSuccess MetricsAccuracy and reliability of reports deliveredEfficiency and performance of data processesStakeholder satisfaction with analytics solutionsTimely delivery of reporting and analytics projects
