Chief Technology Officer
A rapidly growing and progressive Software Company is currently hiring for a CTO local to the DC area, who can be on site, does not require relocation, and who has led Engineering teams of 10+ folks!ExperienceProven experience as a CTO, VP Engineering, or senior technology leader in a high-growth startup environment.Demonstrated success bringing complex data products from stealth mode or early development to market.Experience leading and scaling engineering teams of 10+ engineers.Background working in data-driven platforms, SaaS products, or AI/analytics systems.Experience scaling systems and organizations during early-stage startup growth.Technical BackgroundStrong foundational knowledge of modern software architectures and cloud-native systems.Familiarity with Python-based backend ecosystems and React-based front-end frameworks.Experience designing data platforms, APIs, distributed systems, and scalable infrastructure.Understanding of data pipelines, analytics platforms, and productized data services.LeadershipStrategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into execution.Proven ability to build engineering culture and mentor technical leaders.Strong communicator capable of working effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.What We’re Looking For:The ideal candidate is a builder and leader—someone who has helped take innovative technology from early-stage concept to real market adoption, while building a scalable engineering organization capable of supporting long-term growth.You bring a combination of:Startup executionData platform expertiseEngineering leadershipStrategic technology visionWhy Join:Base Salary of 250-350K depending on experience 30+ PTO Days Full benefits and 401K with matchEvery Federal holiday offStock OptionsCool company with lots of room for growth
