We’re looking for a Surgery Scheduler/Coordinator to play a vital role in ensuring seamless surgical experiences for both patients and providers.What You’ll DoAs a Surgery Scheduler/Coordinator, you’ll be the central point of communication for scheduling surgical procedures and coordinating all related logistics. Your work directly impacts patient care, efficiency, and overall experience.Schedule surgical procedures accurately and efficientlyCoordinate with physicians, operating rooms, anesthesia teams, and facilitiesCommunicate with patients regarding surgery dates, preparation, and instructionsVerify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizationsEnsure all required documentation, labs, and clearances are completed prior to surgeryMaintain up-to-date and accurate patient recordsServe as a compassionate resource for patients with questions or concernsRequirementsHigh school graduate or equivalent.
