Anyar plans to hire 3 - 4 MBSE Enfgineers in the next 2 - 3 months. The positions will be located in our Beavercreek, Ohio office.Job DetailsCandidate will be responsible for designing and implementing SysML models using modern system engineering tools and directing systems engineering analysis for a variety of systems utilized by the Air Force, Intelligence Centers, and other DoD organizations. Anyar's teams are multi-disciplinary, and our teams works closely with software developers, engineers, and scientists to translate high-level modeling objectives and requirements into system and system-of-system models.Statement of Security ClearanceThis position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a government-issued security clearance, pursuant to 32 CFR 117.10. Accordingly, all applicants must be United States citizens, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for security clearance.ResponsibilitiesProvide MBSE support at intelligence centersDevelop high-fidelity Systems Modeling Language (SysML) architecture models focused on foreign missile systems and Command & Control (C2) systemsDesign, develop, and maintain integrated DoDAF-compliant system architecture views and SysML artifactsCollaborate with government technical leads, product owners, and agency stakeholders on system modeling and requirementsProduce high-quality technical and design documentation in support of system development and analysisDrive MBSE standardization, integration, and best practices across the joint environmentBasic Qualifications• Experience with SysML and MBSE methodologies• Experience modeling large-scale, complex system of systems• Experience using CAMEO Enterprise Architect and Teamwork Cloud• Experience developing and maintaining enterprise architecture models using MBSE tools such as SysML• Experience leading technical interchange meetings to communicate and review architectural models• Ability to analyze and model complex systems architectures, ensuring all components and interfaces are accurately represented• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and program managers to gather requirements and understand system interactionsPreferred Qualifications• BS Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field• Experience with software development and integration• Experience with Design of ExperimentsAnyar, Incorporated is an established Government Solutions provider headquartered in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, with a satellite office located in Raleigh, NC.
