Our close-knot team of highly cleared engineers, analysts, and program managers represent some of the best talent locally available.We are looking for a Platform Engineer (Senior) to join our visible technical program driving the Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) cloud platform that supports collection, management and analysis of digital engineering information in an architecture that provides seamless digital thread and enables tool interoperability, including data structures suitable for AI applications. This program delivers engineering services for Linux and Windows cloud-based infrastructure as well as sophisticated enterprise computing infrastructure including end-point devices, Cloud services, virtualized applications, and storage systems. Enterprise Computing Engineering services include modern application technology including containerized solutions with orchestrated workflows. Our platform uses a mix of Open Source, Government-off-the-Shelf (GOTS) and Commercial off-the-Shelf (COTS) software and targets cloud-native constructs. The environment offers a secure-by-default configuration, implementing an Infrastructure-as-Code approach, and governance policies. We follow a mostly Agile workflow and adhere to DevSecOps principles. We value fast iteration and a customer-oriented approach while being mindful about security. Bachelor's or master's degree in a STEM field is required.
