Apply today!ResponsibilitiesAttends and actively participates in weekly team meetingsProvides rehabilitation and coordinates medical needs for clientsMedication Monitoring and Administration by oral medication or needle injectionsOrders, reviews, monitors, and discontinues medications as ordered by the physicianAssists with keeping within assigned nursing budgetConducts assessments and approves plan of care and service delivery methodsPerforms competency and skills evaluations on employees who provide direct careInforms the physician and staff of changes in the client's medical or mental condition and needsWrites progress notes, summaries, and dischargesImplements the treatment/rehabilitative activities and strategiesReports significant/major incidents or accidents and notifies proper authorities of circumstances or situations that present possible health hazardsFollows consumer health plans and provides and promotes consumer choice and facilitate independenceAssists in maintaining and updating nursing, pharmacy, infection control, and health and safety policies and proceduresOther tasks as assignedQualificationsMust be 21 years of ageHolds a bachelor's degree in nursing or related health and human services field from an accredited college or university OR an RN from an accredited two-year programValid driver's license and insurance requiredAbout our Line of Business Pate Rehabilitation, an affiliate of Rehab Without Walls, provides evidence-based physical, occupational, speech/language, and neurocognitive therapies, as well as vocational rehabilitation, to advance and accelerate patient recovery - helping individuals suffering from an acquired brain injury return to a high quality of life.
