Job Description: Accounting Specialist (AR/AP) - West Chester, OHWe are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team in West Chester, OH. The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions of the company.Responsibilities:Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely paymentManage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of paymentsReconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable accountsPrepare and process journal entriesAssist with month-end and year-end close processesAssist with financial reporting and analysisEnsure compliance with accounting policies and proceduresAssist with audits and other accounting projects as neededRequirements:2+ years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivableStrong knowledge of accounting principles and practicesProficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and accuracyIf you meet the above requirements and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.TREW’s story:Business gets done working together.
