We welcome candidates who share our vision and commitment, even if they don’t meet all qualifications.Roles and Responsibilities:Oversee technical progress on milestones across design, build, test, and deliveryCoordinate cross-functional engineering teams and technical activitiesCollaborate with Program Management and Technical Experts on planning, risk, and budgetMonitor project status and proactively identify support needsTranslate requirements into executable engineering tasksMaintain technical documentation and configuration controlMonitor budgets, resources, and engineering trade-offsEnsure compliance with standards and requirementsCapture and apply lessons learned to drive future system improvementsRequired Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical disciplineMinimum of 3 years of relevant technical industry experienceExperience in project management, planning and technical executionExposure to collaborating with Program Management and Engineering teamsKnowledge of aerospace, defense, medical or similar industriesSalary Range: $101,000- $135,000.
