DescriptionSAIC is the premier Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2) integrator with expertise in transforming legacy command and control systems into a modern hybrid cloud environment to accelerate decision making and increase mission success. This new program is part of a broader effort to provide a tactical operational picture aligned with the JADC2 and Joint Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) to adapt to new and emerging threats.This next generation approach shall employ the latest advancements across the technology spectrum and distributed architectures to deliver a cutting-edge approach. SAIC is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer in support of our United States Air Force customer. The ideal candidate will require experience in software (SW) design, development, configuration management, product development lifecycle, product backlog development and refinement. Candidate will work closely with other teams and stakeholders to design and implement integration and test solutions.QualificationsUS Citizenship with an active secret clearance and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.Bachelor's degree and nine (9) years or more experience; Master's degree and seven (7) years or more experience; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience.Proven background working in software integration with specific experience and knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologiesFamiliarity with Weapons System, Radars Systems, Track Correlators, and Command and Control (C2) systems like (GCCS, BC3, C2P, JRE-GW, BACN)Working knowledge of Data Ingest Pipelines, ETL FrameworkExperience with Python, Java, Kafka Topics, Accumulo, JavascriptExperience with data layer optimization and transformationProduct development lifecycle and track management principlesContainers: RKE2, K8s, Docket Containers, Redhat/Openshift and Micro Service ArchitectureVirtualization: VMWare, VSphereFull stack software development (client and server side)Languages: Java, Javascript, Python, php, HTML, JSON, C/C++Interface Standards: API Development with REST or SOAPDatabase: Streaming/Messaging tools such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or ZeroMQ , MYSQL, Accumolo/NOSQL DB, PostGresVirtualization: VMware, vSphere, and Microsoft Hyper-VDevOps Tooling: GitLab, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, Git, TektonEncryption/Security Technologies: SSL, TLS, WPA2, LDAP, IPSEC, CACKnowledge of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)Job Field: SoftwareTravel: Yes, 10 % of the Time
